Let’s be honest—the internet is full of advice on how to be “healthy".


Some of it’s helpful. A lot of it’s... not.


We’ve seen the fads, the detoxes, the extreme plans that promise big results but leave people burnt out, confused, or worse—feeling like they’re failing if they don’t eat kale at every meal.


That’s not what we’re about.


We’re Eric and Mandy—partners in life, in wellness, and in figuring this stuff out the hard way (so maybe you don’t have to).


Over the years, we’ve both been on our own journeys to feel better in our bodies. Not through rigid rules or overnight transformations, but through small changes, real food, and a mindset that’s all about balance.


Eric, a chef trained in Switzerland, has spent years creating meals that are both nourishing and actually taste good. (Yes, you can eat your veggies and still want seconds.) And I’m Mandy—actuary by training, marathon runner by hobby, and lifelong nerd when it comes to nutrition and well-being. Together, we’ve slowly built habits that help us eat better, move more, and live healthier lives—without giving up wine nights or weekend pastries.


We’re not here to preach or promise perfection. We’re here to offer something a little different:
