We’ll cover:

- what to prioritize (and what to cut)
- building updates that are clear without losing credibility
session 2: Storytelling with data
This is the core storytelling framework that turns insights into meaning.
Participants learn how to structure the narrative so stakeholders understand what’s happening and why it matters.​
We’ll cover:
- the “What is it? Good/bad? Now what?” framework
- choosing the right story (not every detail)
- connecting insight to business implication
session 3:
Recommendations that Land
Teams often have the insight—but hesitate to recommend.
This session helps participants move from analysis to action with clear decision framing.​
We’ll cover:
- how to frame options and tradeoffs
- recommendation language that sounds confident (not tentative)
- how to make a call even with uncertainty
Session 4:
Influence & Pushback
This session focuses on what happens when your work hits the real world: competing priorities, resistance, and stakeholders who don’t share your context.Â
Participants learn how to influence across departments and collaborate with partners (including vendors) to drive alignment and action.​
We’ll cover:
- handling pushback without spiraling into details
- staying calm and clear under pressure
- influencing without authority
- managing stakeholder and vendor dynamics
